NEW VIDEO - INTO THE MOUNTAINS
The last few weeks of July I was able to spend 10 days in Wyoming with a group of good friends. During that time we completed an 80 hike and fly fished high alpine lakes, rivers, and small creeks. Cutthroat, Brooke trout, and tiger trout all made the list as we moved from high elevation down through connecting creeks.
Watch the film below to get a glimpse of this amazing landscape and fishery.
Fly fishing in the mountains can be tough work. Long days hiking mixed with long days fishing leaves little room for rest. Camping at 11,500 ft means fires burn a bit different and weather can be sunny one minute and snowing the next. These wild elements are what make trips like this so challenging.
I hope you liked the video! Thanks for watching!
Tight lines!
