THE SLOW DOWN - A Cinematic Short

After all these years, we still do 95% of our fishing from canoes and various paddle craft. Growing up, we didn’t have the cash for a boat and did all our exploring out of an aluminum canoe that our dad had purchased from an old Sears catalog.

To do 12-18 miles in the backcountry is an easy day when you have two experienced paddlers who aren’t scared to go at a slower pace than the guys flying by with mud motors. Back when we were younger, nobody else could access these areas without having to work for it…oh, how the times have changed.
